Leaf Trade's CSV upload function closely resembles our other API integrations, giving you more flexibility when displaying inventory. All you need is an export of your “Ready for Sale” inventory from your S2S platform containing the required columns detailed below. Once uploaded, our integration process guides you through the setup in just a few steps. This import will build products, batches, and active inventory.
FORMATTING RULES The CSV uploader does not accept $, %, or special characters within the lab or price fields. It also does not accept blank fields in any column that is being mapped. |
Required Columns
Five fields are required to create products and inventory in Leaf Trade:
Product Name
Batch Number — also called Harvest or Lot, correlates with test results
Pull Number — also called Package ID, Tag Number, or Unique Variant ID. Must be unique to the package and should not repeat
Available Quantity on Hand — counted in units, not cases
Package Size & Unit of Measure — e.g. 1.0g, 3.5g, 500mg, 60mL
Recommended Columns
These additional fields aren't required, but they enrich each piece of inventory with more detail and unlock better filtering, reporting, and buyer experience downstream.
