Key Steps
1. Access Admin Settings
Navigate to the Admin Settings section.
Locate the 'Invoices' option.
2. Enable New Invoice Template
Find the new invoice template toggle.
Turn on the toggle to maintain existing settings while enabling new features.
3. Configure New Invoice Settings
Click on 'New Invoices Settings' to access the new setup for organizing information.
4. Select Columns to Display
Use the column selector to choose which information to display on invoices.
Note: There is a limit of 10 columns.
5. Group Columns for Better Organization
If you have multiple data points (e.g., dates), group them together.
Name the grouped column appropriately (e.g., 'Dates').
6. Save Changes
Save your settings to apply changes to ALL invoices.
7. Review Changes in Invoice
Go to a specific order and access the Invoice.
Verify that the organization of the invoice reflects your settings.
8. Reorganize Columns as Needed!
After review you can still go in at any time
Adjust the order of columns (e.g., move 'Total' to the far right).
Ungroup or hide columns as necessary.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that any changes made are consistent across all invoices to maintain clarity for customers.
Double-check the visibility of important data points before finalizing the invoice settings.
